The house is aproximatly 600m². It has 3 living rooms with TV. The dining room can seat 18 people.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

1 guard,
1 cook,
1 house keeper.
Please note that the kitchen is for the use of the staff only.

Villa for your own sole use,

Cleaning (towels are changed daily and bed sheets every 2 days).
Optional services not included:
Drinks, lunch and diner; Half board or all inclusive can be provided,
Ironing services, Baby sitting, Excursions,
Airport transfer.
Payment conditions:
20% of the total cost is to be paid upon booking to the agency by wire transfer or credit card.(refundable if you cancel the reservation).
30% is to be paid directly to the landlord upon signing the contract by wire transfer (non-refundable).
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before arrival, this is paid directly to the landlord by wire transfer (non-refundable).
