It has a living room/dining room with a fire place and a TV and DVD player.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
Staff:
1 house-keeper,

Linen, Cleaning (towels and beds sheet are changed every 3 days).
Optional services not included:
Drinks, lunch and dinner; A cook can prepare your meals for 15 euros per day but you will have to supply your own food, Airport transfer.
Payment conditions:
20% of the total cost is to be paid upon booking to the agency by wire transfer or credit card.(refundable if you cancel the reservation).
30% is to be paid directly to the landlord upon signing the contract by wire transfer (non-refundable).
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before arrival, this is paid directly to the landlord by wire transfer (non-refundable).
A deposit of 500 euros must be paid upon arrival in case of damages; it will be refunded at departure. Payment can be made by cheque, travellers cheques or cash.
