The house is aproximatly 800m².
It has 2 living room, one of which with a fire place.
All bedrooms have a TV and air-conditioning. They all have an en-suite bathroom.
Staff:
1 cook,
1 house keeper,
1 guard.
Please note that the kitchen is for the use of the staff only.

Cleaning (towels and beds sheet are changed every 2 days).

Drinks, lunch and diner; Half board or all inclusive can be provided.

Airport transfer.
Payment conditions:
20% of the total cost is to be paid upon booking to the agency by wire transfer or credit card.(refundable if you cancel the reservation).
30% is to be paid directly to the landlord upon signing the contract by wire transfer (non-refundable).
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival, this is paid directly to the landlord by wire transfer or credit card (non-refundable).
