The house is aproximatly 500m². It has 2 living room, one of which with a fire place.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning with an en-suite bathroom.

Please note that the kitchen is for the use of the staff only.

Payment conditions:
20% of the total cost is to be paid upon booking to the agency by wire transfer or credit card.(refundable if you cancel the reservation).
30% is to be paid directly to the landlord upon signing the contract by wire transfer (non-refundable).
The remaining 50% must be paid at least at your arrival, this is paid directly to the landlord by credit card (non-refundable).
