20% of the total cost is to be paid upon booking to the agency by wire transfer or credit card(refundable if you cancel the reservation).
30% is to be paid directly to the landlord upon signing the contract by wire transfer (non-refundable).
The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before arrival, this is paid directly to the landlord by wire transfer (non-refundable).
